StratDigi Pros provides white-label digital marketing services exclusively to agencies, consultants, and businesses who resell our services under their own brand. We operate strictly as a backend service provider and do not engage directly with your end clients unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All work delivered by StratDigi Pros is intended to be rebranded and presented as your own. You retain full ownership of client relationships, communication, and billing. StratDigi Pros will not claim ownership, credit, or public association with the work unless prior written consent is provided.
You agree to provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, approvals, and necessary access credentials. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines, for which StratDigi Pros will not be held responsible.
All payments must be made as per the agreed pricing, billing cycle, or proposal. Services may be paused or terminated if payments are delayed or outstanding beyond the agreed timeframe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of business information, project data, strategies, and client details. StratDigi Pros will not disclose any information related to your clients or internal processes to third parties.
Upon full payment, all deliverables produced for your projects become your property, unless otherwise stated. StratDigi Pros retains the right to reuse general methodologies, processes, and non-client-specific knowledge.
StratDigi Pros shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, rankings, ad account suspension, or business interruptions. We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, leads, or sales.
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per the agreed contract or monthly arrangement. Any completed work up to the termination date remains payable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable business laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
